Fitness is a way for men to connect together by building strong bonds, break down barriers, and create community. With HT Fitness, men will experience growth opportunities while putting in the physical work. Whether you’re new to Fitness or a veteran, we have opportunities for everyone to plug in. Consider bringing a friend, neighbor or coworker to one of our Saturday Rucks or Quarterly events!

Opening Doors Through Fitness

Rucks

What is a Ruck? A Ruck is walk with a weighted backpack or vest. Bring a friend, co-worker or neighbor along with you.

How much weight should you bring? Its up to you. 30# is standard.

Twice a month our HT Rucks give men an opportunity to get in some exercise while opening up and talking about life.

See you on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month at 7:00am, all year round!

Fitness Fridays

Every Friday morning at 6:00am, men come together via a zoom call to talk about faith and fitness. Start your Friday mornings off with a hit of motivation and community!

Quarterly Events

Every quarter join HT Fitness for a workout event! We’ll be sweating and challenging ourselves while throwing around some fun equipment. Come do something hard to continue to improve and grow with a group of like minded men.
